occasions the processing of orders may be delayed by up to 14 days, due
to unpredictable supplier and demand issues.

but due to our product range being classed as an 'alternative cosmetic', we
unfortunately need to issue the following statements:

Terms & Conditions:
All prices quoted are in £’s sterling. We hereby reserve the right to change the price of any product, and carriage charges without prior notice as a result of price fluctuations owing to supply issues.
Amendments, Cancellation & Cooling off Period:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations a non-business customer may, within 7 days after delivery, cancel their order for any item as long as it has not been personalised nor made to your specification nor unsealed. Delivery is deemed to have happened 3 days after despatch. Cancellation must be notified by email via our contact form which can be found here and items returned at your cost.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, and you were not advised at the time of ordering, we will place that item on back order and forward it when it arrives back into stock. However should you wish to try and purchase from another source please contact us and we can arrange a full refund or credit note to be issued.
Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Goods:
Please notify us within 5 working days of any shortage on delivery or
damage to any product received. If the damage is noticeable when
receiving the goods please advise the
courier/driver to note this on the delivery note before signing and also
keep any original
packaging. We will then take up the matter with the parties concerned.
Complaints:
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any of our products or any service, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to deal with your problem in a prompt, fair and confidential manner.
Disputes:
UK LAW will apply in all cases.
Additional Terms:
Our skin care remedies have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration - our products are hand blended to order. We can supply any preparation to clients who have consulted us, but do not supply over-the-counter preparations which appear to claim to help medical problems. We list creams for the symptoms associated with rosacea, but not are not claiming that they will cure or treat rosacea specifically - we are offering made to order products which contain ingredients that are commonly known to soothe stressed skin and aid healing.
