In order to overcome spam related problems for both ourselves and our customers, we have now streamlined our customer enquiry support system, by utilizing a new ticket based help-desk. Every customer enquiry will now be assigned a unique ticket number which can then be tracked online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. Our new online support system may appear to be somewhat daunting at first glance, but we assure you that it's as simple and straightforward as our previous contact form. Note: You do not need to be a current customer to open a new ticket. All enquiries are welcome.
